      2. display your profile online and offline and use the identical in any marketing, promotional or branding activity on any medium just like the internet, print, television etc, and

      3. display portions of your Content online or offline and permit others (contractors, vendors, partners etc) to try and do the identical.

No information provided by you is against the law and illegal. The parties have agreed that if any of the data you provided is discovered to be false or incorrect, a penalty of Rs. 51,000 would be assessed, and your profile is going to be instantly removed without providing you with any notice.

5. By signing up with Career Rocket, You agree that you simply shall not work/deliver your services on any competitor platform imparting similar services over the net. you're also prohibited to use a disguised or alias name while trying to deliver your services (similar to the service being delivered at Career Rocket) on any competitor platform over the web. you furthermore may agree to not use the display name and profile picture of your Career Rocket profile on your social media handles and website or anywhere on the web.    4. You comply with maintaining decorum while replying to any comment posted on Career Rocket inclusive of any comment or review posted by the customer dealt by you. While maintaining decorum you're prohibited from giving any personal information about the customer and also the purpose that the recommendation has been sought or the other hint revealed to you during your conversation/consultation with the customer.

   5. You agree to not do any acts which can harm the reputation and interests of Career Rocket including, but not limited to posting negative reviews on any social platform, disclosing the company’s policies to anyone and generally making any defamatory comments of any type or nature whatsoever to anyone about the corporate, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates etc. You furthermore agree to not encourage, motivate, or influence any of your friends, members of the family, customers, acquaintances or the other person to try and do the identical. Any violation of this clause shall attract a penalty of Rs. 21,000/- INR. Further, the Green Tick shall be removed immediately on the violation and therefore the account shall stand deactivated temporarily.    7. You agree to not share sensitive/personal data from your consultations with any user/consultant/internal members of the Career Rocket platform (unless approved by the concerned team). Any violation shall attract a penalty of Rs 21,000. Furthermore, the Green tick shall be removed immediately on the violation and also the account shall stand de-activated temporarily

   8. You're not allowed to share internal policies and knowledge about Career Rocket services further as details of your contract/earnings from Career Rocket with any user/consultant/internal members of the Career Rocket platform (unless approved by the concerned team) or the other member of the overall public who may or might not is related to Career Rocket. you'll however share the small print of your earnings along with your immediate relations - spouse/parents/children and private tax consultants/lawyers/income tax practitioners/GST practitioners or any government authority.    3. You agree that you just shall not ask the customer to deposit any amount in your personal account for the services rendered through Career Rocket.

   4. Misuse of any information or sharing indirectly any personal information with the customer shall attract a penalty of Rs. 21,000/- INR. Further, the Green Tick shall be removed immediately on the violation and also the account shall stand de-activated temporarily.

   5. For re-activation, the compliance team shall audit all the chats and calls between the customer(s) and also the Counsellor Advisor and on found guilty, the profile shall be deactivated permanently.

   1. Time commitment:

      1. You comply with spending a minimum of 4 (four) live hours on the website to extend your credibility among the users/customers visiting the website regularly. 4. Direct Contact Prohibition:

   1. You're prohibited to get the contact information of any customer seeking advice from you and solicit the customer to contact you personally for your personal gain.

   2. You comply with informing the customer approached through Career Rocket to route all its queries through the portal and update the customer for not sharing his/her personal details on the chat/call conversations.

   3. Just in case you would like to refer any customer to the other Counsellor who is there on the Career Rocket platform, you'll do so only by sharing the Counsellor’s Career Rocket ID and Name and not through the other means including but not limited to - signalling, address, email address, website, social media handles like Facebook or Instagram profiles etc

   4. You agree and declare to not use the non-public information of the customer shared by the customer during the consultation/contact through Career Rocket with you. On receiving such personal information inclusive of the contact details of the customer, You agree to not approach the customer directly without informing Career Rocket for any reason inclusive of private gains. Violation of this Clause shall attract immediate de-activation of your profile with a penalty of Rs. 21,000/- for every violation made by You.

5. Misuse of Credentials provided by Career Rocket:

   1. You agree to not share the credentials received through Career Rocket with anyone inclusive of Career Rocket. The system obtains data from the IP address employed by you while operating the website and on finding a violation of the identical penalty of 21000 and profile deactivation is going to be done.

   2. You agree to not share your personal account details registered with the Career Rocket with anyone else. you're prohibited to supply consultation to the customer through anyone else by impersonating you before the customer. You agree and declare that if the customer isn't satisfied with the Services provided by You or the service couldn't be rendered because of an internet issue or other reasons, You shall refund the number voluntarily to the account of the customer and shall update the data during this relevancy Career Rocket immediately. If a violation of this sub-clause is reported to Career Rocket, the quantity shall be refunded to the customer without informing You and simultaneously a penalty of Rs. 500 per violation shall be imposed.

   6. It's agreed between the parties that every one of the Chat conversations and therefore the call consultations made by You with the customer/user of the website shall be duly recorded for quality purposes. 8. Non - solicitation & non-compete:

   While working with Career Rocket, you agree to not work with any competing platform in any manner whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, some activities which are prohibited include:

   1. Working as a Counsellor on the other platform.

   2. Creating any quiet content - text/audio/video or the other for the other platform

   3. Hiring & contracting Counsellors to figure on the other platform

   4. Approaching customers to hitch as a Counsellor on the other platform

   5. Inducing the workers of Career Rocket to hitch the other platform.

   6. Disclosing internal policies of Career Rocket to the employees/contractors/owners or anyone related to the other competing platform

   7. Providing credentials and access to the Career Rocket app to any of the employees/contractors/owners or anyone related to the other competing platforms

   8. the other activity which may cause any harm or damage to the reputation and business interests of Career Rocket.

   Violation of this clause will attract permanent deactivation of your profile with no warning issued and a fine of Rs. 51000 by the Compliance team at Career Rocket.

3. USAGE OF FEATURES

1. NEXT ONLINE TIME:

   After you sign off from your account, you shall mark the following ONLINE TIME i.e. the expected time of logging in again and coming live to tell the tale of the website. this is often a requirement for increasing a loyal customer base resulting in personal growth through the website. 4. PRICING:

   1. The pricing facility is provided to you on your dashboard which may be reviewed on the request being submitted by you to the Technical team from your Dashboard. You comply with the policy that the pricing is increased or decreased up to twenty after a spot of 30 days from the date of joining or from the last price updated on your profile.

   2. It's agreed between the parties that the number paid by the customer for the consultation through Career Rocket, 50% of the identical shall be retained by Career Rocket and 50% amount shall be deposited within the account details as provided by You subject to any quite offer being presented to the customer by Career Rocket which is inclusive of the buyback offer, Promotional Schemes offering Discounts, etc.

   3. Notwithstanding anything contained in clause 3(d)(ii) above, the number required to be paid to You for such consultations where Offers are provided to the customer while booking consultations, shall be proportional to the offering given by Career Rocket in as much as amount lesser than 50% shall be paid to You detailing the number deducted thanks to the promotional offer given to the customer.

5. PROFILE UPDATE:

   You agree that the profile once verified by the Compliance team can't be changed without prior approval subject to the re-verification of the change requested to be made in your profile. Any request for changing the contents of your profile is required to be raised from the dashboard by raising a ticket for the identical on the platform.

6. FEATURE UPDATION:

   Career Rocket reserves its right to update any feature provided to you while associating with the platform. Once any new feature is added or upgraded or deleted, the identical shall be duly updated to You on your notice board/dashboard within the Career Rocket Application. 4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
